We are seeking an "Automation Specialist" responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the automated systems used in the production lines of a manufacturing company. This role is key to improving operational efficiency, ensuring process continuity, and supporting the implementation of new technologies within the plant.

SALARY: $48K - $55K per year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, 2 days off.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and related equipment.
- Diagnostically perform failure analysis and troubleshoot automated machinery.
- Program, adjust, and optimize controls, robots, and industrial equipment according to production needs.
- Support continuous improvement projects and the implementation of new technologies.
- Collaborate with the engineering, production, and maintenance departments to ensure efficient plant operation.
- Document all interventions, adjustments, and programming changes in the systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or Instrumentation.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the area of ??instrumentation, automation or in a similar position.
- Bilingual.
- Full availability to work rotating shifts.
