Position Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service while supporting daily manufacturing and distribution operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
* Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
* Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
YOU ARE ALREADY GREAT AT THESE:
* High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
* Prior customer service experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer and office software proficiency
