Are you a results-driven Collections Specialist with experience in the auto finance industry? We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join a dynamic and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to use your expertise to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
-Manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve past-due auto accounts, including late payments, repossessions, and total losses.
-Negotiate and set up payment arrangements with customers.
-Use skip tracing techniques to locate customers or collateral.
-Resolve escalated customer issues while ensuring compliance.
What You'll Bring
-One to two years of collections experience, with a strong preference for auto finance experience.
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-The ability to succeed in a high-volume, goal-oriented atmosphere.
-Computer proficiency.
-High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Perks

-A predictable weekly schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
