Auto Finance Collections Specialist
Location: Alliance area, Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $22.00 per hour | Job Type: Contract
Training: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10 AM–7 PM; Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (No weekends)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day work-from-home)

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Auto Finance Collections Specialists to join a leading company in the auto finance industry. Experience specifically in auto finance collections is highly preferred and important for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
-Make outbound and take inbound calls to collect past-due auto loan payments.
-Manage auto finance balances, including late payments, repossessions, lease-end charges, and total losses.
-Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
-Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate customers or vehicles when needed.
-Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
-1–2 years of collections or customer service experience in auto finance is required. (Credit card or mortgage collections experience may be considered.)
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-Comfortable using multiple computer systems.
-High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
-Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
