Role: Loss Mitigation Representative
Pay: $22/hour
Assignment: Customer Service / Loss Terminations
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

What you’ll do:
• Identify and resolve customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support consumer and commercial customers via phone, email, and fax
• Update customer accounts with address or phone changes and document reasons for calls and support provided
• Provide guidance to customers regarding account-related issues and payment methods
• Resolve customer concerns and requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between customers and various corporate departments
• Initiate, explain, and execute required corporate processes
• Handle non-phone customer interactions, including email and fax requests for document fulfillment
• Manage escalated customer inquiries (e.g., titles, billing, tax issues)
• Provide inbound and outbound phone or email support to resolve title exceptions, including state-to-state transfers, name changes, lease-to-loan conversions, and title deficiency research

• Open to receiving and applying feedback
Automotive titling experience is a plus
