As a Payment Solutions Specialist, you will work with customers to resolve past-due accounts and provide payment solutions. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, primarily servicing Car/Van accounts, and act as a trusted advisor to customers while ensuring compliance with state-specific laws and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Payment Solutions & Collections: Manage accounts 7–30 days past due by discussing payment options and making arrangements for qualifying customers.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to customers inquiring about reinstatement and redemption processes, ensuring accurate information and adherence to legal guidelines.
Internal Collaboration: Respond to inquiries from internal teams regarding asset recovery, including timely and professional email correspondence.
Vendor Support: Assist asset recovery vendors by providing accurate information and responding to inquiries to support the recovery process.
Inbound Call Focus: Primarily handle inbound calls while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.

What You Bring:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide empathetic and effective solutions.
Experience in collections, customer service, or asset recovery is a plus.
Ability to navigate and adhere to state-specific laws and guidelines governing repossessions (training provided).
A team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
