Auditor
Location: Renton WA
Schedule: Full time, 100% onsite

Position Summary:
We are seeking an Auditor to support internal audit activities and ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial standards, and regulatory requirements. This 100% onsite role in Renton requires strong analytical skills, excellent documentation habits, and the ability to evaluate processes with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, and confident collaborating with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits of financial records, operational processes, and internal controls
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities within business processes
• Prepare clear audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
• Work with management to track follow up items and process improvements
• Assist with annual audit planning and ongoing audit schedules
• Support compliance activities and ensure adherence to established policies
• Maintain detailed records and audit documentation
Required Qualifications:
• Current Washington State residency
• 2 or more years of auditing, accounting, or compliance experience
• Strong understanding of internal controls and basic accounting principles
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with financial systems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Renton
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in internal auditing, public accounting, or corporate compliance
• Familiarity with audit frameworks or industry specific regulations
