We are seeking a motivated Community Association Litigator to join our legal team, with a focus on representing condominium and homeowners’ associations. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and drafting skills, excellent oral advocacy, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Will be responsible for analyzing community association legal issues, drafting amendments to governing documents, preparing and attending board and membership meetings, and enforcing governing documents through litigation and dispute resolution. Candidates must be active members of the Florida Bar with two– seven years of legal experience, including demonstrated work in business litigation. While prior experience in this niche is preferred, we welcome candidates with general litigation or related experience who are interested in transitioning into this specialized and growing field. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to apply their litigation skills in a new context and develop expertise in community association matters. Commensurate with experience.
