Law Firm in Orlando is seeking a Community Association Attorney with experience advising condominium and homeowner associations. This role focuses on providing practical legal guidance to association boards on governance, compliance, and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities • Advise condominium and homeowner association boards on compliance with Florida statutes and regulations. • Draft, review, and amend governing documents, including covenants, bylaws, rules, and amendments. • Prepare and review contracts and association-related legal documents. • Assist clients with dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration. • Counsel boards on governance, elections, and enforcement matters. Qualifications • 2+ years of legal practice experience (community association or real estate law preferred) • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
