Civil Litigation Attorney – First-Party Insurance (Remote, Colorado)
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney, licensed in Colorado, to join our growing firm. This role focuses on first-party insurance claims with an emphasis on property damage cases. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in first-party insurance litigation and the ability to handle cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.
Manage all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Provide expert legal counsel and develop effective case strategies.
Qualifications
Must live in Colorado (position is 100% remote).
Active member of the Colorado Bar.
3–5 years of civil litigation experience with first-party insurance law.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated; able to work independently and collaboratively.
Must pass a background check and provide 3 professional references.
