?? We’re Hiring: Civil Litigation Attorney – Missouri ??

Our reputable, growth-focused law firm—recognized for its strong specialization in first-party insurance claims (property damage)—is expanding into Missouri! We’re looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to help build the foundation of our Missouri presence and contribute to our continued success.

What You’ll Do:

?? Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims
?? Handle all stages of litigation—from intake through trial or settlement
?? Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and conduct legal research
?? Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
?? Develop case strategies and provide expert legal counsel

What We’re Looking For:

? Licensed attorney in Missouri
? 3–5 years of first-party insurance litigation experience
? Strong negotiation & communication skills
? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
? Based in or near Missouri
