Job Summary

A respected and established plaintiff litigation firm in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Associate Attorney - Plaintiff Personal Injury to join its growing legal team on a full-time, direct hire basis. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3-5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and wants to continue developing in a collaborative, trial-focused environment.

This role offers the chance to manage meaningful personal injury matters, work closely with experienced litigators, and contribute to strong client outcomes through strategic case preparation and skilled advocacy. Key Responsibilities

- Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents.
- Prepare cases for depositions, mediations, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and depositions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Communicate with clients regarding case status, legal strategy, expectations, and next steps.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range of $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience.
