A well-established, full-service law firm is seeking two skilled Litigation Attorneys to join its growing team. This firm is known for delivering strategic, results-driven legal representation and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are passionate about litigation and eager to take ownership of cases while working alongside experienced legal professionals on diverse and impactful matters.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of civil litigation from inception through resolution
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Conduct in-depth legal research and develop case strategies
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients
Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and support staff
Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date case files
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
3–5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and legal principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases independently
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
