Key Responsibilities:

•Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.

•Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.

•Conduct legal research and provide analysis to support case strategies.

•Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks.

•Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.

•Manage case files, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor case progress.

•Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys on case preparation.

•Stay updated on federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Qualifications:

•Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

•Active Bar admission and in good standing in the State of [Florida or applicable state].

•1–5 years of legal experience (specific experience may depend on practice area).

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

•Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.

•High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
