Attorney – HOA (Community Association Law)
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote – Wed & Fri)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $95,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
Job Summary:
A growing law firm is seeking an Attorney with experience in Community Association Law to join their team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in litigation and case management, and ready to work in a collaborative and supportive firm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Represent clients in litigation, including trials, hearings, and settlement negotiations
Manage case files and ensure accurate documentation of legal proceedings
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff for effective case handling
Provide legal advice to clients on HOA matters and related issues
Monitor and interpret relevant changes in laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
1–2 years of litigation experience preferred
Strong legal writing and research skills
Knowledge of Community Association Law required
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
