Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research, case analysis, and prepare legal memoranda. Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses. Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials. Develop and implement litigation strategies. Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates. Collaborate with team members on complex legal issues. ? Qualifications 3–7+ years of civil litigation experience required. Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Strong understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. Product liability and/or National Discovery Counsel experience is a plus. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
