NOW HIRING: Community Association Attorney

Are you a passionate attorney eager to work closely with community association boards and property managers? Join our Community Association Practice Group in Fort Lauderdale and become a trusted legal advisor dedicated to client-focused representation in the vibrant world of homeowners’ associations.

Key Responsibilities
Represent community and homeowners’ associations (HOAs) in a variety of legal matters
Advise association boards and property managers on governing documents, compliance with Florida statutes, and dispute resolution
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, resolutions, and policies
Manage community-related litigation, arbitration, and other dispute processes
Deliver clear, informative presentations at board meetings, seminars, and educational forums (public speaking experience is a plus)
Foster strong client relationships through attentive, proactive communication and service

Qualifications
Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
2–4 years of legal experience; prior experience in community association law or HOA representation is highly preferred but not mandatory
Strong academic background with excellent legal research and writing skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage client matters effectively
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
