What You’ll Do
Handle complex commercial litigation matters from strategy through resolution
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
Manage depositions, hearings, and court appearances
Work closely with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
Contribute to case strategy and firm success with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of commercial litigation experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Florida Bar admission required
Trial experience a plus
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Must reside in the Orlando area (hybrid work schedule available)
