Prestigious law firm in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join our esteemed team. Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research to support commercial litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and motions, with minimal supervision
• Assist in case strategy development and execution.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Handle depositions and court appearances.

Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• FL Bar admission required
• Trial experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and language skills
• Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
