About the Firm:
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing community association law firm based in Winter Garden, FL. The firm has a large client base and offers a collaborative and supportive work environment. They specialize in serving condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ associations, focusing on both transactional and general operational issues. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team.

Position Overview:
As an Associate Attorney, you will primarily focus on transactional and operational legal matters for our community association clients. This includes working with condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ associations, offering legal counsel on a wide range of issues, including governance, contract negotiations, compliance, and dispute resolution.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and drafting skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. While the position is primarily office-based, there is flexibility for a hybrid schedule after an initial training period.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and advice to community association clients on operational, governance, and transactional matters.
Draft and review contracts, governing documents, and other legal documents for community associations.
Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including dispute resolution and collection issues.
Work closely with clients to address compliance issues and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with the firm’s team to support various legal matters involving homeowners, real estate, and banking law.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Relevant experience in HOA, civil litigation, real estate, or banking law preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and drafting skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated self-starter with a team-oriented approach.
Willingness to work primarily from the office with some hybrid flexibility after training period.
