Client is seeking Assurance Manager that will be responsible for leading audit and assurance engagements, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising engagement teams, reviewing work papers and financial statements, and providing technical guidance while supporting the firm’s growth and quality objectives.

The Assurance Manger will plan, manage, and oversee assurance engagements from start to completion, lead, mentor, and develop engagement teams, including seniors and associate, and review audit work papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.

In this role you will ensure audits are conducted in accordance with professional standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements, identify and assess audit risks and develop appropriate audit strategies, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients; build and maintain strong client relationships.

The Assurance Manager will communicate audit findings, recommendations, and technical matters clearly to clients and partners, manage engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively, and stay current on accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments and apply them to client engagements.

The Assurance Manager will also contribute to business development activities, including proposals and client presentations, and support internal quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
CPA or equivalent professional certification required
Typically 5–8+ years of relevant assurance or audit experience, preferably in public accounting
Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading teams
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, GAAP.
