What You’ll Do
Be the Bridge: Act as the key connector between HR leadership and the operational team, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum.
Lead with Purpose: Mentor and guide a diverse HR team including specialists in leave management, recruiting, benefits, training, and front office operations.
Drive Efficiency: Reimagine workflows and processes to boost productivity and enhance the employee experience.
Collaborate Across Functions: Coordinate efforts across recruiting, benefits, training, and employee relations to deliver seamless HR support.
Empower Performance: Help develop performance metrics and accountability systems that inspire excellence.
Solve Complex Challenges: Provide expert support on escalated employee issues and guide your team through nuanced situations.
Champion Innovation: Lead or support transformative initiatives like HRIS implementation, policy modernization, and automation.
Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of employment laws and internal policies to protect and support the organization.
Shape the Future: Contribute to new HR programs and policies that align with strategic goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Deliver Insights: Provide actionable reports and analytics to inform leadership decisions.
Support Strategic Planning: Partner with the VP on budgeting, staffing, and compliance frameworks.
Be the Voice of HR: Serve as the internal communications hub for HR updates, initiatives, and policy changes.
Boost Engagement: Help make HR a trusted, responsive, and accessible resource for all employees.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
Broad HR expertise across employee relations, benefits, training, and recruiting.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification (strongly preferred).
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
High emotional intelligence and discretion.
Proven project management and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Team-oriented, professional, and polished presence.
