This Associate SOC Operations Support Analyst Position Features:
The Associate SOC Operations Support Analyst provides front line operational and technical support for SkyPro supported devices, applications, and hardware within an SOC or operations support environment. This role supports field users, assists with incidents and service requests, and partners with senior analysts and vendors to ensure reliable operational support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide first level support for mobile devices (iOS), kiosks, and operational applications
• Serve as an initial point of contact for incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot basic device, application, and connectivity issues
• Assist with device provisioning, swaps, and lifecycle support
• Log, track, and escalate incidents following SOC processes and SLAs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution
• Monitor operational queues and dashboards to identify trends or recurring issues
• Document resolutions and support procedures
• Support deployments, refresh activities, and operational changes

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, SOC, NOC, or help desk roles
• Experience supporting enterprise devices or hardware
• Familiarity with iOS devices in a managed environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
