Position Title: Associate Media Buyer, Digital Media
Pay: $26.44/hour
Location: Orlando, FL 32819
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Hybrid – 4x per week onsite, Friday is Remote
Contract Role: 12/1/2025 – 11/30/2026
Position Summary:
The Associate Media Buyer plays a key role in planning, executing, and managing digital media campaigns across demand-side platforms (DSPs) and vendor-direct partners for an Orlando-based theme park and internal business units. This position supports the Media Buyers and Managers through campaign management, reporting, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns drive measurable results and align with overall business goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s marketing and business objectives, ensuring all media efforts align with strategic goals.
• Support Media Buyers and Managers in executing and managing digital media campaigns, including vendor selection, budget oversight, insertion order management, and campaign setup.
• Conduct daily quality assurance to monitor campaign performance, delivery pacing, and budget accuracy.
• Coordinate creative asset trafficking and ensure timely campaign launches.
• Take ownership of assigned campaigns — from strategy through optimization — ensuring performance targets and timelines are met.
• Maintain optimization schedules and creative asset trackers to ensure smooth execution and timely updates.
• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies or performance issues, providing thoughtful solutions and recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver weekly campaign performance reports and assist with budget reconciliation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Partner with the Buyer and Manager to develop trimester and annual media plans, including strategy, spend allocations, media mix, and partner recommendations for internal stakeholder review.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field required.

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in media planning, buying, or digital campaign management (agency or client-side).
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with media planning and buying tools, data platforms, and general business software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
• Foundational understanding of strategic media planning and the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate key paid media initiatives.
• Basic hands-on experience with programmatic buying, audience targeting, campaign management, and optimization.
• Exposure to 3rd-party ad serving, tracking, and attribution tools such as Google Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, Yahoo DSP, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
