Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Associate Advisor to support senior advisors while developing the skills necessary to manage client relationships independently. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow within a structured advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities
Input and maintain client data in financial planning software
Gather and organize product and investment information
Prepare materials for portfolio review and client meetings
Assist primary advisors with meeting preparation and follow-up

Attend select client meetings as a secondary advisor to:
Take detailed notes
Complete dictations
Track and execute action items

Maintain and service “Servicing Only” client relationships
Manage AOE processes
Manage insurance cases and applications from start to completion

Participate in:
Product wholesaler lunch & learns
Advisor Think Tank meetings
Investment Committee meetings

Learn and apply investment management and financial planning strategies
Progress toward managing client relationships independently

Required Qualifications
Active Series 7 and/or Series 66 license (required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional demeanor suitable for a high-net-worth client environment
Ability to work full-time in an office setting

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary with bonus potential (First-year target compensation: $78,000)

Health Insurance:
Eligible after 60 days
Employer pays 50% of employee premium

401(k):
Eligible after 90 days
Employer match up to 4%

Paid Time Off (PTO):
Accrues annually
Eligible after 90 days
