This is a hands-on role focused on donor cultivation, fundraising execution, grants, sponsorships, stewardship, and philanthropic relationship management. We are specifically seeking candidates with direct nonprofit fundraising and development experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build, cultivate, and manage relationships with donors, sponsors, foundations, and corporate partners
Support and execute fundraising strategies focused on revenue growth and donor engagement
Manage donor stewardship activities, fundraising outreach, and relationship tracking
Coordinate fundraising events, sponsorship activations, and donor experiences
Support grant-related activities, including proposal coordination, submissions, and reporting
Track fundraising performance, donor pipelines, and development metrics
Partner with leadership and boards to support fundraising priorities and philanthropic initiatives
Maintain accurate donor and fundraising records within CRM systems
Qualifications
3–7+ years of direct nonprofit fundraising, development, or philanthropy experience
Proven experience managing donor relationships and fundraising initiatives
Experience with grants, sponsorships, donor stewardship, major gifts, or foundation fundraising
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, Bloomerang, or similar
Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
