We’re looking for a mission-driven philanthropy leader to help grow and scale our impact. This role blends strategy and execution—leading fundraising efforts, managing donor relationships, overseeing grants, and ensuring programs deliver meaningful results. What You’ll Do
Lead and support fundraising initiatives, including events and donor campaigns
Build and nurture relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
Track, analyze, and report on fundraising performance (KPIs, ROI)
Maintain donor systems and ensure accurate reporting and communication
Support governance, compliance, and board reporting
Oversee grant lifecycle: research, proposals, submissions, and reporting
Monitor funded projects to ensure impact, alignment, and accountability
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, communications, and program teams
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
3–5 years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or grant management
Proven success in donor engagement and relationship building
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfort working with data, budgets, and performance metrics
Experience with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
