This Associate Customer Care Position Features:
• Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
• Onsite in Irving, TX
• Pay $18.50/hr

About the Role
Our client is seeking an Associate Customer Care professional to join their fast-paced contact center team. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Research and resolve issues using multiple systems (up to 10 platforms).
* Document interactions accurately and escalate when necessary.
* Meet or exceed response time, quality, and productivity targets.

Qualifications:
* Stable job tenure is required (consistent employment history).
* High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
* 3+ year of customer support experience or relevant education.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; typing speed of 35+ WPM.
* Experience in tax, banking, mortgage, or real estate is a plus.
* Contact call center experience preferred.
