AppleOne is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney (Direct Hire) to join Workers’ Compensation practice in Jacksonville, FL. Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in Workers’ Compensation law.
Licensure: Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Prolaw is highly preferred.
Professionalism: Ability to provide at least two professional references during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft legal motions, pleadings, and discovery.
Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Maintain high standards of client communication and case management accuracy.
