The Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 base + annual bonus.

What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Attorney, you’ll be the heartbeat of the firm’s transactional side—handling operational issues, drafting, and navigating the nuances of Florida community association law for a massive, loyal client base.
What We’re Looking For:
FL Bar Member in good standing (Required).
1–2 Years of Experience (HOA, Litigation, Real Estate, or Banking backgrounds are highly preferred!).
The Drive: A motivated self-starter who wants to grow with a firm that is expanding daily.
