The Opportunity:   AppleOne has been exclusively asked to partner with a highly respected boutique law firm in Fort Lauderdale to identify an experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Matrimonial and Family Law.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded Florida attorney who enjoys taking ownership of cases and is confident both inside and outside of the courtroom.

Our client is not simply looking for an attorney who has been exposed to family law. They are seeking a strong, polished and capable attorney who can independently manage cases, work directly with clients, prepare and argue hearings, draft pleadings and orders, interact confidently with judges and opposing counsel, and take matters through trial when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Florida family law and the professional presence to take control of a hearing, command a courtroom and effectively advocate for their clients.



MUST HAVE: 
Active Florida Bar license- in good standing
Strong Family / Matrimonial Law experience

Hands-on hearings & trial experience

Ability to draft pleadings, motions & proposed orders

Confidence appearing before judges and arguing hearings

Strong client-management skills

Polished, articulate & able to command a courtroom

Ability to independently manage a caseload

Comfortable meeting 125 billable hours/month
