Associate Attorney (0–5 Years) – Construction Litigation

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a growing litigation team handling construction-related disputes across Florida. This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to build hands-on litigation experience with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Support case strategy from pre-suit through resolution

Qualifications:

Active member of the Florida Bar (required)
0–5 years of litigation experience
Strong legal writing and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases

Preferred:

2+ years of litigation and/or construction law experience

Compensation & Benefits:

$85K–$150K base salary (depending on experience)
Annual bonus potential
15 days PTO + 10 paid holidays
401(k) with 5% match
50% employer-paid health benefits
~100 billable hours/month expectation
