Associate Attorney – Bankruptcy & Business Litigation
Location: Orlando, FL

Compensation:
• 1–3 years of experience: $90,000 – $135,000
• 4–8 years of experience: $135,000 – $180,000

Our client is seeking a driven Associate Attorney with strong litigation skills to join our Bankruptcy & Business Litigation practice in Orlando. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys complex legal work, and is looking to grow within a collaborative and client-focused team.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience and a genuine interest in bankruptcy and business disputes. You will manage your own caseload, work closely with senior attorneys, and take an active role in all stages of litigation—from initial strategy through trial or resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
Conduct legal research and analysis on bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
Assist with case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
Manage client communications and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Support senior attorneys on complex litigation and bankruptcy matters as needed.

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Florida (required).
1–8 years of litigation experience, with strong writing and courtroom skills.
Experience or interest in bankruptcy and business litigation (training available for the right candidate).
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional growth.
