Job Summary
A well-established law firm in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Insurance Defense practice. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney with 0 to 3 years of experience who is eager to build litigation skills, gain hands-on case exposure, and work closely with experienced legal professionals.
The Associate Attorney will be part of a collaborative, team-oriented legal environment where strong writing, research, advocacy, and professional growth are valued. Key Responsibilities
- Handle insurance defense matters and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and case-related documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to develop case strategy and prepare for litigation.
- Assist with hearings, case preparation, discovery, and litigation support activities.
- Manage deadlines, communicate professionally, and support efficient case progression in a fast-paced legal setting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
