AppleOne Tampa is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney (Personal Injury) in Tampa, FL for a well-established Tampa-based civil litigation law firm. We are seeking a driven Personal Injury Associate Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic and collaborative legal team. This is a full-time, in-office role for a litigator who thrives in the courtroom and at the mediation table.

Key Responsibilities
Case Management: Oversee a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from initial intake through final resolution.
Litigation Strategy: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop winning case strategies.
Drafting: Produce high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and essential court filings.
Depositions: Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses.
Representation: Represent clients with excellence at hearings, inspections, mediations, and trial.
Negotiation: Actively lead settlement negotiations and mediations to achieve favorable outcomes.
Professional Growth: Stay current with evolving case law, procedural rules, and industry developments.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure strategic alignment and case readiness.
Productivity: Maintain accurate time records and meet a monthly billable requirement of 150 hours.
Qualifications
Required
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensure: Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years practicing personal injury law.
Trial Record: Must have tried a minimum of three cases to verdict.
Preferred Skills
Deep knowledge of insurance defense case law.
Mastery of all phases of trial litigation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (Westlaw, Lexis).
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
A collaborative spirit and a focus on team-oriented success.
