A respected debt collection and subrogation law firm with 46+ years in Brevard County, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing team!
If you’re a litigation-ready attorney with strong knowledge of debtor/creditor rights and the ability to manage a fast-paced caseload, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a longstanding Florida firm.
?? What You’ll Do:
• Represent clients in Hearings, Trials, Mediations & Depositions
• Negotiate settlements and pursue legal remedies
• Draft and review pleadings, demands & settlement agreements
• Manage full litigation from case initiation through trial prep
• Stay current on Florida & federal debt collection laws
• Collaborate with opposing counsel, courts & internal teams
?? Requirements:
• J.D. + Active Florida Bar license
• 1+ year experience in debt collection or subrogation
• Strong litigation, negotiation & research skills
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
?? Schedule & Environment:
Full-time | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm | On-site in Cocoa, FL
