A well-established Orlando law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join the growing team. Bankruptcy and Business Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and is eager to build a long-term career with a supportive team.

Salary will depend on level of experience (open to candidates with 1+ year of litigation experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies and related adversary proceedings
Assist in commercial and business litigation matters, including contract disputes, creditor rights, and collections
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
Participate in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Maintain strong client communication and manage cases effectively
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and contribute to overall firm success

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Florida; admission to Federal Court is a plus
1–4 years of experience in bankruptcy and/or business litigation preferred
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Confident courtroom presence and professionalism
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
