A well-established and rapidly growing community association law firm in St. Petersburg is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the team. This role will primarily support condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ association clients on transactional and general operational matters.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills who is excited to build a successful long-term career within a highly reputable and family-friendly firm.
Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 + Annual Bonus
Responsibilities
Advise community association clients on operational, governance, and transactional issues
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, amendments, and governing documents
Conduct legal research and provide guidance to clients on compliance and regulatory matters
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure exceptional client service
Qualifications
Juris Doctor and active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar (required)
Experience in community association law, HOA, civil litigation, real estate, or banking law preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently and efficiently
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 – $110,000 salary, based on experience
