**Associate Attorney – Litigation / Eminent Domain (Orlando, FL)**
**Salary:** $95,000–$100,000 + Bonus | **Full Medical Paid** | **3 Weeks PTO + Paid Holidays**

**About the Opportunity:**
Are you a Florida Bar–admitted attorney with strong litigation skills looking to grow in a hands-on, high-impact environment? Our small but highly respected law office in Orlando is seeking an **Associate Attorney** with 2+ years of litigation experience. While most of the practice focuses on **Eminent Domain**, attorneys with strong general litigation experience are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage litigation cases under guidance, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
* Assist in eminent domain cases, property rights, contracts, easements, and related negotiations.
* Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and apply findings to active matters.
* Participate in client meetings, hearings, and negotiations.
* Support case preparation from start to finish in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

**Qualifications:**

* Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
* Minimum 2 years litigation experience; **experience in eminent domain is a plus**.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
* Self-motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a small office setting.
