About the Role:
The Associate Attorney will focus on transactional and operational matters for condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ association (HOA) clients. The position involves drafting documents, advising boards, and ensuring compliance with Florida law. Candidates with HOA, civil litigation, real estate, or banking experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills
