?? Location: Cocoa, Florida | Practice Areas: Debt Collection & Subrogation
Are you a driven legal professional ready to take your litigation skills to the next level? We're looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team and play a key role in advocating for our clients in complex debt recovery and subrogation cases.
In this role, you'll:
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and depositions
Leverage your knowledge of debtor/creditor rights and litigation strategy
Draft and review legal documents – from complaints to settlement agreements
Conduct legal research and manage cases from inception to resolution
Negotiate settlements and collaborate with courts, opposing counsel, and clients
? Requirements:
JD from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
At least 1 year of experience in debt collection/subrogation litigation
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Knowledge of Florida and federal debtor-creditor laws
