Job Title: Associate Attorney – Litigation

Location: Downtown Orlando, FL (Will consider hybrid after training)

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Bonus structure based on performance

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with strong litigation experience to join our dynamic team in Downtown Orlando. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex legal matters in a collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in state and federal court litigation
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies
Communicate effectively with clients and maintain strong professional relationships

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member of The Florida Bar
Minimum 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
