Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil litigation, knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure, experience in taking depositions, attending hearings, and a knack for strategic thinking. They'll bring an aptitude for handling liability matters, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional legal writing abilities. A keen work ethic and a team player mindset are essential for success in our dynamic environment. Product liability and National Discovery Counsel experience is a plus but not required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case reviews to support our clients' interests.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Engage in effective client interaction and reporting.
• Collaborate with our team to develop litigation strategies and tactics.
• Craft persuasive legal documents and arguments.
• Adhere to a commitment to thorough preparation and hard work.
