Seeking Management Associate Advisor with a Series 7 or Series 66

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Associate to support our advisory team in delivering exceptional client service and comprehensive financial planning. This role offers hands-on exposure to investment management, financial strategies, and client relationship development, with a clear path for growth within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Advisor Support
• Assist the primary advisor with preparation for client meetings, including portfolio review materials and financial planning reports
• Sit in on select client meetings as a secondary advisor to take notes, complete dictations, and track action items
• Prepare and manage follow-up tasks to ensure timely execution of client requests
Financial Planning & Investment Support
• Input and maintain client data in financial planning and portfolio management software
• Gather and organize product and investment information for analysis and review
• Participate in portfolio review preparation and ongoing investment analysis
• Attend Investment Committee meetings, Advisor Think Tank sessions, and product wholesaler lunch-and-learns
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain and service assigned “Servicing Only” client relationships
• Begin managing client relationships under the guidance of senior advisors
• Assist with ongoing client communications and service requests
Operations & Administration
• Manage the Account Opening and Execution process (AOE)
• Oversee insurance case management and application processing
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely documentation across all client records
Qualifications
• Series 7 or Series 66 License
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong interest in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategies
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
• Experience with financial planning software is a plus
