Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Carolina, PR. This role is ideal for a motivated restaurant professional with leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment, especially quick-service or fast-food restaurant operations.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the General Manager in daily restaurant leadership, employee supervision, training, performance management, operational controls, and administrative compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with employee training, supervision, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when needed.
- Help maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, customer service, and teamwork throughout the restaurant.
- Assist with operational cost control by following company guidelines designed to maximize restaurant profitability.
- Monitor and support proper use of company resources, including inventory, finances, facilities, equipment, and staffing.
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure compliance with the company mission, vision, policies, and administrative procedures.
- Help oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, productivity, and a positive guest experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $28,080 to $29,120 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support daily restaurant operations, employee supervision, and service execution.
- Assist with training, performance management, and maintaining professional team standards.
- Help control operational costs, inventory, finances, equipment, and restaurant resources.
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure compliance with administrative and operational requirements.
- Post-secondary or technical studies required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of management experience in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant environment preferred.
- Experience handling managerial tasks and supervising employees.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and sales.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English.
- Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining quality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree.
- Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant.
- Experience with inventory control, cost control, staff scheduling, and restaurant administrative processes.
