Key Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Supervise and train front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns
Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving business goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
Strong knowledge or appreciation of Indian cuisine and culture
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food safety certification (preferred)
