About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 3 years in hospitality management. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of food, beverages, wines, spirits, and service standards, and demonstrate proper etiquette while leading a team with respect and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clear and respectful direction to restaurant associates.

Uphold integrity, honesty, and truthfulness in all interactions.

Maintain high standards of excellence, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.

Monitor food safety and sanitation in accordance with health department regulations.

Deliver superior guest service and effectively manage challenging situations.

Operate and manage daily functions using Toast POS, Open Table, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions as required.

Manage multiple tasks efficiently with a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of hospitality management experience.

In-depth knowledge of food, beverages, wines, spirits, and service standards.

Ability to motivate and lead a team with respect and professionalism.

Strong guest interaction skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.

Proficiency in Toast POS, Open Table, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Must obtain Riverside County food handlers’ card and alcoholic beverage certification.
