About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to support and strengthen quality systems within a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high quality standards across operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001
Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies
Assist with audits, compliance initiatives, and corrective actions
Analyze quality data to identify trends and reduce defects
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
Support problem-solving and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
Experience working with ISO 9001 and quality management systems
Working knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred

Preferred
Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO certifications
Experience supporting audits, compliance, or quality leadership initiatives
