Assistant Property Manager
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Denver, CO
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of affordable housing communities. This role is ideal for someone with strong property management experience and a solid understanding of Section 8 and low-income housing programs.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day property operations and tenant relations
Process applications, recertifications, and compliance documentation
Support Section 8 and affordable housing program requirements
Coordinate with residents, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
Experience in property management required
Strong knowledge of Section 8 and low-income housing programs
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
