We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager for a mobile park in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This is a temp to hire position that will grow into an Onsite Manager once permanent. Must be open to living onsite.
M-F, 9am-5pm

A senior mobile home estate community in San Juan Capistrano is seeking a temporary Residential Property Manager to support daily property operations and resident services within the community. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, with the ability to manage resident communication and maintain organized property records in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:
Respond to resident and vendor emails in a timely manner
Answer incoming phone calls and assist residents with inquiries or concerns
Audit and maintain resident files for accuracy and compliance
Organize park files and property documentation
Support daily residential property operations and resident relations
Coordinate general office and administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a professional and welcoming community environment

Qualifications:
Previous residential property management experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced office environment
Professional, dependable, and resident-focused demeanor
